Class Schedule

*If you have been considering CrossFit, and would like to get a taste of what to expect from our classes and our coaching, one of our FREE Saturday 9:00 am or 10:15 am classes is perfect for you! We’ll lead you through a dynamic warm-up to prepare you for your first WOD (workout of the day). Your coach will go over the WOD, and teach you the necessary movements for the workout. Our coaches will make sure you are moving in the safest, most effective way possible!
