Yes, Absolutely! Are they new to CrossFit? If so, our Saturday class will be perfect for them! Every Saturday we offer a 9:00am FREE introductory community WOD. This class is completely scalable to meet each person’s physical capabilities.

CrossFit has grown tremendously over the past decade and has turned into a sport also known as the CrossFit Games. Men and Women training for the CrossFit Games take an entirely different approach on their everyday training/diet regime. An On-Ramp program is a course that teaches the foundational movements of CrossFit, including other skilled movements use to strengthen everyday activity. On-Ramp also teaches the CrossFit “lingo”, along with benchmark workouts and the significance of Hero WOD’s.
Our coaches provide a fitness experience that is fun and non-intimidating. This program puts everyone new together and allows them to interact with others who are also just getting started!
An On-Ramp program leaves each individual more educated on how to move their bodies safely, effectively, and efficiently.
An On-Ramp program will cover modifications for advanced movements so you will be more confident and capable of moving safely throughout day to day WOD’s.
