EXPRESS CLASS

This class is presented on a 40 minute timeline and provides an effective warm-up, workout and finisher comprised of basic, yet potent, bodyweight, cyclical, and simple odd object movements. This program will improve your conditioning regardless of skill level. It serves as the perfect option for athletes who are time-restricted and looking to improve their cardiorespiratory fitness.
